Prior to the opening a Hotshots franchise all franchisees are required to attend and successfully complete Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill’s rigorous franchise training program. This program is designed to educate each new franchisee in all aspects of the operation. Our training staff has years of real world experience operating a Hotshots which enables them to provide practical, on-the-job instruction.
